Dear Harvester House Restaurant Owner I am the mother of nine, and my husband and I come with our family on a regular basis for breakfast to your restaurant.We always call ahead to let you know that we are coming because our party usually ranges anywhere from 6 - 12.To date we have always enjoyed our time at your restaurant. The service is friendly and the food good. Today, however, left much to be desired. As usual we had called ahead - party of 10. We were seated on time and our food orders taken. Nothing different- the usual breakfast special. However,it took over an hour and 15 mins from the time our order was taken to the time the food was brought to the table- and then not only were some of the orders incorrect- but my husband's was delayed another 5 mins- and we had to ask for coffee and tea refills long after we had run out of both. Needless to say, we are not too happy about our experience- and we felt that at the very LEAST there should have been an apology for the long delay. I felt that I should let you know about this and hope that you will deal with my concerns.I look forward to hearing back from you.
